Blox Fruits Update 26 patch notes: new sea, Kitsune rework, code wipe

Published 18 Sept 2026 · 6 min read

Update 26 landed overnight and it is the biggest content drop since the Third Sea rework. Below is the full rundown, including the code changes that matter if you were sitting on unused boosts.

What's new

A fourth sea opens at level 2,900 with four new islands, a raid boss on a 90 minute timer, and a revamped Bounty ladder that finally separates PvP and PvE progression.

The Kitsune fruit has been reworked from the ground up: its awakened form now trades burst damage for sustained area control, and the transformation meter drains slower while in combat.

Code changes

All pre-Update 26 stat reset codes were invalidated at launch. KITT_RESET replaces them and can be redeemed once per account. Existing 2x EXP codes still work, but the boost timer no longer stacks past 40 minutes.

Should you reset your stats?

If you built around raw Melee before the patch, yes. Sword scaling was buffed roughly 12% across the board while Melee lost its bonus against raid bosses. Use the free reset before it expires.
