Quick Start Overview
Players begin their journey in Fistborn with no stats or style. The path to power involves building cash, unlocking gyms, and training stamina first — followed by strength and advanced stats.
At the start:
- Press
Pto open Waypoints and travel to 24/7. - Get a job from the Job Board to earn your first cash.
- Save $350 and purchase a Breathing Mask from Pure Fuel for passive stamina regen.
- Farm money while wearing the mask until you reach around $10,000.
- Head to the Fitness Gym and pick up the Stamina Quest along the way.
- Begin Roadwork Training to reach 250 Stamina.
- Rest at the Hospital when your fatigue reaches 60%.
- After hitting 250 stamina, shift focus to Strength Training (bags or pushups).
- Reach 75 Strength, then equip the Light Vest to improve stat gain speed.
- Grind stats until you hit 50 TP, then redeem the available codes.
- Use Tokens to try for rare Clans, Glowing Eyes, or Glowing Markings.
Once a stat turns red, you must complete a Limit Break, which allows further progression.
Core Mechanics
- Jobs: Source of early money (e.g., Job Board at 24/7).
- Stamina Training: Best done early using Roadwork; wear mask to speed up regen.
- Strength Training: Hitting Bags or Pushups — unlock better equipment as you go.
- Stat Fatigue: Visit the Hospital to recover once you hit 60% fatigue.
- Limit Breaking: Required once a stat hits its red zone.
- Tokens & Spins: Spend tokens earned from codes or TP grinding to roll rare traits.

- Train via: Weight Machines (100 Muscles required) or Basic Training (Pushups, Situps, Squats)
- Note: Basic training requiresa Protein Buff from Protein Shakes
Fat
- Gain by: Eating food beyond full hunger bar
- Best source: Doughnuts (highest fat gain)
