Paradox Arrancar Progression Guide 2026 – Fishbone Stage

Alright, if you’re starting fresh in Paradox and planning to go the Arrancar route, things can feel confusing fast. The game doesn’t exactly hold your hand, and one wrong move early can slow your entire progression.

So instead of wasting time figuring it out piece by piece, let’s walk through the full journey—from your first spawn as a weak Hollow all the way to unlocking full Resurrección.

Starting Out As A Hollow (Fishbone Stage)

When you first spawn, you’re basically at the bottom of the food chain—a weak Hollow (Fishbone).

Your only job here is simple:

  • Find other Hollows
  • Kill them
  • Farm Hollow Points

Every kill gives you points, and your first big goal is:

  • Reach 75 Hollow Points

Once you hit that, you evolve.

Becoming Menos Grande

At 75 points, you turn into a Menos Grande.

Now things get interesting.

From here, you unlock the ability to rip off your mask (usually via a keybind like Ctrl + K). This is your first real evolution step toward becoming an Arrancar.

But don’t rush it blindly—you have two paths:

  • Progress fast → Become Arrancar early
  • Grind more → Aim for stronger forms later

Adjuchas and Vastolorde Path (Important Choice)

After becoming Menos, your next stage depends on time and grinding.

Step to Adjuchas:

  • Wait about 1 hour
  • OR reduce time by killing players/mobs

Once done → you evolve into Adjuchas

Optional Grind: Vastolorde (Recommended)

If you want stronger endgame power:

  • Keep farming as Adjuchas
  • Gain more Hollow Points

Eventually → you become Vastolorde

Then:

  • Rip mask → become Vastocar (best Arrancar path)

This grind is worth it. Skipping it makes you weaker long-term.

Unlocking Arrancar Form

At any of these stages (Menos / Adjuchas / Vastolorde), you can remove your mask and become an Arrancar.

But your power level depends on when you do it.

  • Early = weaker
  • Later (Vastolorde) = strongest

Getting Incomplete Resurrección (First Power Unlock)

Now the real progression begins.

Step 1: Get 200 Potential

You earn potential by:

  • Doing missions
  • Grinding normally

Then you must uncap your potential:

  • Go to Kisuke (in KT area)
  • Defeat him
  • Unlock higher potential cap

Step 2: Talk to DevX Aiden

Go to Arrancar Castle (Hueco Mundo)
Find DevX Aiden

He gives you the quest.

Step 3: Find and Kill Your Spirit

  • A spirit spawns randomly in the world
  • It’s basically a hidden target
  • Game gives “hot/cold” hints

Important:

  • You MUST kill it yourself
  • If someone else kills it → you fail

Step 4: Kill 5 Shinigami Players

  • Only Shinigami count
  • Quincy / Arrancar won’t work

Best method:

  • Go to KT and hunt players

Step 5: Meditate Trial

  • Meditate in Hueco Mundo
  • Enter inner world

Inside:

  • Solve lever puzzle (around 5 levers)
  • Open the door

Complete it → unlock Incomplete Resurrección

Full Resurrección (Endgame Power)

Now this is where the real grind begins.

Step 1: Reach 605 Potential

Yes, it’s a big jump.

This is pure grind:

  • Missions
  • PvP
  • Bosses

Step 2: Get Hogyoku

You need:

  • 15 Hogyoku Fragments
  • Combine them via NPC (usually Inari)

Step 3: Talk to Mysterious NPC

This NPC gives the next quest stages.

Step 4: Complete Requirements

You need ONE of these:

  • 10 Raid Wins
  • OR
  • 15 Ranked PvP Wins

Raids = server events
PvP = faster if you’re skilled

Step 5: Parry Test

This is where many players struggle.

  • You must land 33 parries
  • No sound cues
  • Pure timing

Failing this = repeat

Step 6: Charge Hogyoku

  • Fight strong players
  • Grip high-potential players

Basically:

  • PvP grind again

Step 7: Final Boss Fight

  • Meditate again
  • Enter inner world
  • Fight your Resurrección boss

Win → unlock Full Resurrección

Arrancar progression in Paradox is not quick—it’s a full grind system.

But once you understand the flow:

Hollow → Menos → Adjuchas → Vastolorde → Arrancar → Resurrección

…it becomes way more manageable.

Most players struggle because they skip steps or don’t understand the system. Now you do.
