If you’ve just jumped into Universal Tower Defence after the 2.0 update, you’re probably feeling two things at the same time—hype… and a serious lack of gems.
I’ve been there. You summon a few units, burn through your rerolls, and suddenly you’re stuck waiting or grinding forever. That’s exactly where these codes come in clutch.
I went through the latest update, cleaned everything up, and here are the codes you should actually be using right now.
All Working [2.0] Universal Tower Defense X Codes (UTDX CODES)
Here are the currently active rewards you can redeem:
- 5K Gems (Requires Level 5)
- 5K Gems + 50 Trait Rerolls + 25 Stat Rerolls (Requires Level 10)
- 10K Gems + Etherealization Shards + 50 Trait Rerolls (Requires Level 10)
- 50 Trait Rerolls + 25 Stat Rerolls
- 2500 Gems + Etherealization Shards + Evo Fragments
- 25 Trait Rerolls + Etherealization Shards
- 10,000 Gems + 25,000 Gold + 100 Trait Rerolls
- 25 Trait Rerolls + 25 Stat Locks + 50 Stat Rerolls
These are especially useful if you’re:
- Trying to reroll for meta traits
- Farming for evolutions
- Building a strong early-game team quickly
Which Codes You Should Use First
Not all rewards hit the same. If you’re starting fresh:
- Go for Gem-heavy codes first → helps with summons
- Then use Trait Rerolls → fix bad units
- Save Stat Locks/Rerolls for later (don’t waste early)
A lot of players burn rerolls too early—don’t do that.
How To Redeem Codes
If you’re new or just forgot where it is:
- Open the game
- Look at the right-side menu
- Tap the Codes button
- Paste your code
- Hit Redeem
That’s it—you’ll instantly get your rewards.
Requirements
Some codes won’t work unless you:
- Reach Level 5 (basic requirement)
- Reach Level 10 (for bigger rewards)
If a code doesn’t work, it’s usually because of level—not because it expired.
Are These Codes Permanent?
No—and this is important.
- Codes can expire anytime
- New updates = new codes
- Old ones disappear without warning
So if you see a working code, just redeem it immediately.
The 2.0 update made progression a bit smoother—but let’s be honest, it’s still a grind if you don’t use codes.
If you use everything listed above properly, you can:
- Skip hours of farming
- Get better units faster
- Fix your build early
And that’s honestly the difference between struggling and actually enjoying the game.
