If you’re grinding Paradox, getting Resurrection is basically your endgame goal on the Hollow/Arrancar path. This is your final form—huge power boost, new abilities, and a completely upgraded moveset.
But it’s not something you unlock quickly. Think of it like a full progression test. Here’s the entire process explained in a simple, human way so you don’t get lost.
How To Get Resurrection in Paradox
You cannot start the quest chain unless you have:
- 605 Potential
- Incomplete Resurrection unlocked
If you don’t have these, just keep grinding missions first. No shortcut here.
Step 1: Collect Hogyoku Shards
Your first job is to collect:
- 15 Shattered Hogyoku
Then go to the Inori NPC and combine them into 1 Full Hogyoku.
Best Ways to Farm Shards:
- Eternal Flame Raids (fastest)
- World Bosses (very good drops)
- Portal Bosses
- Missions (slowest, only if needed)
Simple advice: focus on raids + bosses, don’t waste time on missions unless you have to.
Step 2: Win Raids or Ranked Matches
Talk to the Mysterious Person NPC.
You get two choices:
- 10 Raid Wins (harder but fewer)
- 15 Ranked Wins (easier with a friend)
What You Should Pick:
- Solo player → go Ranked
- Good team → go Raids
Step 3: Parry Test (Skill Check)
Now comes a skill-based challenge.
- Screen goes dark
- Lightning attacks appear
- You must perfectly time your parries
This isn’t about grinding—just focus and react properly.
Step 4: Charge Your Hogyoku
Now you need to charge it by gripping players from other factions.
Important Tips:
- Stronger players = more charge
- If you die → you lose progress
- Play safe, don’t rush fights
You can check progress anytime with the NPC.
Step 5: Final Boss Fight (Resurrection Trial)
Once fully charged:
- Go to Hueco Mundo
- Meditate
- You’ll enter a separate dimension
Here you fight your own Resurrection form.
Goal:
Defeat it.
- Win → you unlock full Resurrection
- Lose → retry until you beat it
How To Use Resurrection
Once unlocked:
- It becomes your special ability
- Activate it using your special key
- You gain:
- New abilities
- Stronger attacks
- Full transformation
Your moves depend on your build, so each player’s Resurrection can feel different.
Resurrection isn’t just another upgrade—it’s your true form in the game. The grind is long, but once you unlock it, your damage and overall power jump to another level.
