Go to Slayer Island
The first thing you need to do is travel to Slayer Island, which is one of the newest islands added in the recent update.
It is currently the final area available in the game, so you will need access to Sea 2 before attempting this grind.
Once you arrive on the island, move forward through the main area and you will eventually reach the location where the Sun God boss spawns.
The island itself is fairly small, so finding the boss area is not difficult.
Wait for the Sun God Boss to Spawn
Unlike some activities that require raid keys or special summon items, the Sun God boss appears naturally on a timer.
This means all you really need to do is wait for the boss to spawn and then defeat him repeatedly.
Because there is no summon requirement, players can continuously farm the encounter without spending extra materials between runs.
The biggest challenge is simply the respawn timer and getting the necessary drops.
Talk to the Sword NPC
Near the boss area, you will also find the NPC responsible for exchanging the materials needed for the Sun God sword.
After collecting everything required, return to this NPC and trade the materials to unlock the weapon.

- 2 Sun Essences
- 5 Solar Shards
- 9 Flame Pulses
- 16 Divine Remnants
All of these items drop directly from the Sun God boss.

Farming Tips to Speed Up the Grind
Even though the process is simple, there are still ways to make it much faster.
Farm in Groups
Fighting the Sun God boss with multiple players makes the kills significantly quicker.
Faster clears mean less downtime and more efficient farming sessions overall.
Server Hop
A lot of players server hop instead of waiting through the full respawn timer in one server.
This can save a massive amount of time if you find active servers where the boss has already spawned.
Use High DPS Builds
Since you will be farming the same boss repeatedly, strong damage builds help a lot.
Burst damage, AoE attacks, and high mobility builds all improve the speed of the grind.
