As you progress through Haze Seas, you’ll constantly run into NPCs that unlock new fighting styles, sell powerful weapons, teach Haki, craft equipment, or help you store valuable items. While quest NPCs are usually easy to find, many of the important merchants and trainers are tucked away in hidden corners of each island.
