Bizarre Lineage Every NPC Location Guide – How to FIND

If you’ve ever spawned into Bizarre Lineage and thought, “Alright… where do I even start?”, you’re not alone. The map feels big. NPCs are scattered everywhere. Some look important but do nothing. Others look random but completely change your build.

So instead of just throwing a list at you, let’s walk through this like we’re actually in-game together. I’ll explain where each NPC is, what they actually do, and when you should care about them — because timing matters more than people think.

Let’s move step by step.

Bus Stops (Your Fast Travel Backbone)

First thing first — bus stops.

You’ll find them around the map. Press N to spot them quickly. These are your fast travel system, and if you’re not using them, you’re wasting time.

Important bus stops mentioned in this route:

  • Bus Stop 1
  • Bus Stop 2
  • Bus Stop 3
  • Bus Stop 16
  • Bus Stop 18

You’ll be bouncing between these a lot, especially 3, 16, and 18.

Trust me, once you memorize these three, navigating becomes ten times easier.

Selling NPC (Near Bus Stop 3)

This guy is one of the most important early-game NPCs.

He’s located near Bus Stop 3. Once you get there, look for the shop area.

What he does:

  • Buys your items
  • Sells important items
  • Sells Deals Born for 25,000 (important for Maiden Heaven progression)

Early on, you’ll probably ignore him. Big mistake.

You should constantly be selling useless drops here to stack money. Money matters later when you need specific items fast instead of grinding again.

Simple NPC. Massive long-term value.

Karate Sensei (Fighting Style NPC)

This NPC teaches you Karate style.

When you talk to him, you can switch to Karate. There’s also a uniform nearby if you want the full aesthetic.

Karate is a solid early fighting style. Clean moves, decent balance. If you’re still experimenting with builds, this is a safe option.

If you’re unsure what direction to take your character — start here.

Strawheim (Cyborg Sub Ability)

Right near the Karate Sensei, you’ll find Strawheim.

He turns you into a Cyborg.

This is a sub ability/race-style change. It alters your build path completely.

Don’t just click yes randomly. Think about your future build first.

Cyborg works well with certain aggressive styles. If you’re planning something technical or speed-based, reconsider.

Prestige NPC (Inside Building + Prestige Shop)

This one is huge.

The Prestige NPC allows you to:

  • Prestige your character
  • Access the Prestige Shop
  • Buy Stand Skins
  • Buy the Diary (important)
  • Roll for skins

Prestiging is long-term progression. Don’t rush it blindly.

Also — rolling skins can replace your current stand. Be careful. I’ve seen people accidentally replace something valuable.

Always double-check before confirming anything.

Outside this building, you’ll also see Gang Contracts. Those are for additional progression and side objectives.

Determination NPC (Near Bus Stop 18)

Go to Bus Stop 18, take a right, and you’ll find the Determination NPC.

This guy boosts your stats and overall strength.

If you skip him, you’ll feel weaker than you should.

He’s part of long-term power scaling. Visit him when you’re serious about progressing — not when you’re just testing builds.

Hamon Teacher (Near Bank & Quest System)

Near the bank area and quest system, you’ll find the Hamon teacher.

Hamon is a very important style. It pairs extremely well with specific builds and gives strong combat utility.

If you’re leaning toward classic JoJo-style progression, this is your stop.

Right outside and nearby is the Samurai Master.

Samurai Master (Kendo Style)

This NPC teaches Kendo.

Kendo is more weapon-based and aggressive.

If you like blade combat and disciplined playstyle, this might fit you better than Hamon.

The two NPCs are close together, so you can compare options easily.

Cultist NPC + Maiden Heaven Progression

Back at Bus Stop 18, go inside the gated area and head forward.

You’ll find:

  • Cultist NPC (gives quest)
  • Pucci (important for Maiden Heaven questline)
  • Cult Leader (unlocks additional quest after becoming cultist)

If you’re going for Maiden Heaven progression, this entire area matters.

Don’t just talk and leave. Read dialogue carefully.

Crafting NPC (Inside Castle Area)

You’ll find a crafting NPC inside the castle area (near Bus Stop 18 route).

Crafting becomes important when you start gathering specific materials.

Not early-game priority. Mid-to-late game relevance.

Elder Vampire (Vampire Race)

Inside the castle area, after entering and taking a right, you’ll find the Elder Vampire.

This NPC turns you into a Vampire.

Race changes are serious decisions.

Vampire builds are strong but come with trade-offs. Make sure it aligns with your future stand or fighting style.

Dio Raid NPC

Also inside that castle area is the NPC that starts the Dio Raid.

This is for boss content.

If you’re underprepared, don’t even try. Come back stronger.

Boxing Coach (Gym – Near Bus Stop 2)

Travel to Bus Stop 2 and find the gym nearby.

Second floor — Boxing Coach.

Teaches Boxing fighting style.

Boxing is straightforward, aggressive, and beginner-friendly.

If you want a simple but effective style, this one works well.

Bruford (Luck & Pluck Weapon NPC)

Near Dr. Bosovich (boss spawn area), you’ll find Bruford.

He offers:

  • Luck & Pluck weapon

This is one of the weapon NPCs in the game.

Weapon builds are a different playstyle compared to pure stand or fighting styles. They require commitment.

Titles NPC (Bus Stop 1 – Morio Station)

At Bus Stop 1 (Morio Station), you’ll find the Titles NPC.

This lets you:

  • Check titles
  • Equip titles

Mostly cosmetic, but it shows progression.

There’s also another Crafting NPC nearby.

Mafia Boss (Bus Stop 16 – Docks Area)

Go to Bus Stop 16 and head toward the docks.

You’ll find the Mafia Boss.

Important:
You need to be part of the Mafia to interact properly.

He gives:

  • Hammer weapon

If you’re not in the Mafia, you won’t get access.

Miyamoto Musashi (Odachi Weapon – Boss Based)

There’s mention of Odachi weapon from Miyamoto Musashi.

However:

  • It appears to be boss-based
  • Not a clear NPC interaction
  • Likely requires defeating the boss first

If you’re hunting this weapon, prepare for a fight.
