The Aizen Sword is one of the more interesting weapons you can unlock in Sailor Piece. It requires completing a small questline along with gathering several rare materials, but once you understand the steps, the process becomes much easier to grind.
This guide walks through every requirement step-by-step, along with a few tips to help you complete the quests faster.
Step 1 – Go to Hueco Mundo Island
The first thing you need to do is travel to Hueco Mundo Island.
Once you arrive on the island, look for the Aizen Trainer NPC. This NPC is the one who starts the entire quest chain required to unlock the weapon.
Talk to the trainer and he will give you a series of quests that must be completed in order.
There are five quests total before you can obtain the sword.
Quest 1 – Defeat 250 Hollows
The first task is straightforward.
You need to defeat 250 Hollow enemies.
These enemies can usually be found around the Hueco Mundo area, and they respawn frequently, making the grind manageable.
A good strategy is to farm in areas where multiple Hollow NPCs spawn close together. This allows you to clear them quickly without wasting time running across the island.
Once you reach 250 defeats, return to the questline and the next task will unlock.
Quest 2 – Get the Shinigami Race
The second quest requires you to obtain the Shinigami race.
In Sailor Piece, races are typically acquired through race rolls. If you do not already have the Shinigami race, you’ll need to reroll until you get it.
This can take a few attempts depending on luck, so having extra race spins beforehand can save time.
Once your race is switched to Shinigami, the third quest becomes available.
Quest 3 – Use a Worthiness Fragment
The third requirement is to use a Worthiness Fragment.
These fragments can be obtained by defeating Hollow NPCs. If you’ve already been farming Hollows during the first quest, there’s a good chance you might already have one.
Once you get the fragment, simply use it to complete the requirement.
After using the fragment, the next quest will unlock.
Quest 4 – Deal 350 Million Damage
This quest is more of a long grind.
You must deal a total of 350 million damage.
Any combat counts toward the total damage requirement, including fighting enemies or bosses.
To complete this faster:
- Fight high-health enemies or bosses
- Use abilities with high damage output
- Farm in areas with frequent enemy spawns
Players with stronger builds or weapons will complete this step much quicker.
Quest 5 – Defeat the Aizen Boss 15 Times
The final quest requires you to defeat the Aizen Boss 15 times.
This can take some time if you wait for the boss to respawn in the same server.
The fastest method is server hopping.
By switching servers repeatedly, you can find servers where the boss has already spawned or is about to spawn. This dramatically speeds up the process.
Once you defeat the boss 15 times, the questline will be completed.
After finishing all five quests, return to the Aizen Trainer NPC.
However, the sword is not free. You must exchange several materials to receive it.
Required items:
- 1 Hogyoku Fragment
- 3 Reiatsu Core
- 6 Illusion Prism
- 10 Mirage Pendant
- 10,000 Gems
- 6,000,000 Money
Once you provide these materials, the trainer will reward you with the Aizen Sword.
The Aizen Sword takes some effort to obtain, but the questline itself is fairly straightforward once you know the requirements.
Most of the time investment comes from:
- Farming Hollows
- Dealing the required damage
- Defeating the boss multiple times
If you prepare your resources and use server hopping effectively, you can unlock the sword much faster than most players.
