The Slap Battles update introduced a brand new glove called Undead, and players quickly started hunting for the method to unlock it. Unlike many gloves that require complicated challenges or defeating players, this one revolves around a very specific interaction with the Clock Glove.
If you follow the timing correctly, you can unlock the Untimely End Badge, which immediately grants the Undead Glove.
Let’s go through everything step by step so you can unlock it without confusion.
Undead Glove Stats and Ability
Before getting the glove, it helps to know what it offers.
Undead Glove
- Power: 52
- Speed: 16
- Ability: Already Dead
- Ability Key: Press E
The ability gives the glove a unique combat mechanic, and many players say it can be surprisingly strong depending on how it’s used during fights.
However, before you can use it, you must first earn the Untimely End Badge.
Untimely End Badge
The Untimely End Badge is the requirement for unlocking the Undead Glove.
Its description hints that something related to time is involved, which leads players directly to the Clock Glove.
The trick involves dying at a very specific moment while using that glove.
Step 1 – Equip the Clock Glove
Start by going to the glove selection area and equipping the Clock Glove.
This glove has a special ability that cycles through several time effects when activated. Each time you use the ability, it randomly selects one of these effects.
Some examples include:
- Speed Time
- Power Time
- Dodge Time
- Grenade Time
- Revive Time
The effect we are looking for is Revive Time.
Step 2 – Activate the Ability Until Revive Time Appears
Enter the arena and press E to activate the Clock Glove’s ability.
Because the effect is random, you may need to trigger it multiple times before the correct one appears.
Eventually, the text “Revive Time” will show.
This is the moment you need.
Step 3 – Wait for Revive Time to End
Once Revive Time activates, wait until the effect finishes.
Do not reset immediately.
You must wait until Revive Time ends, otherwise the badge may not trigger correctly.
This timing is the key part of the unlock process.
Step 4 – Reset or Jump Into the Void
As soon as the Revive Time effect ends, immediately do one of the following:
- Reset your character
- Jump off the map into the void
Both methods work the same way.
The game will register that your character died right after the revive effect ended.
Step 5 – Receive the Badge and Unlock the Glove
Once the requirement is completed, the Untimely End Badge should be awarded.
After receiving the badge:
- Return to the glove selection area
- The Undead Glove will now be unlocked
You can now equip it and start using the Already Dead ability during matches.
