The Alchemist Tower has finally arrived in Anime Card Clash, bringing a huge new challenge with 10 Tower Parts, new cards, Transmutation Stones, new equipment, a trade rework, and plenty of balance changes.
There is a lot packed into this update, so in this guide, I’ll break down everything you need to know, including all 10 Alchemist Tower stages, the new cards and their abilities, rewards, new items, and the biggest gameplay changes.
Anime Card Clash Alchemist Tower Update Guide – Codes
The biggest addition is the brand-new Alchemist Tower.
Unlike the previous tower, which only went up to six parts, the Alchemist Tower contains 10 different parts. Each section has its own challenges and enemies, so the difficulty will increase as you progress.
The 10 parts are:
• Ashen Circles
• Iron Foundry
• Sulfur Mines

• Mercenary Halls
• Gilded Furnace
• Crimson Crucible
• Philosopher’s Vault
• Homunculus
• Gates Threshold

• Chamber of Truth
The first part is Ashen Circles, while the remaining parts unlock as you progress through the tower.
Ashen Circles Challenges
The first Alchemist Tower section already introduces several unique mechanics.
The challenges include:
• Field enemies take 15% less damage.

• Alchemist Tower summons do not receive this damage reduction.
• Enemy basic attacks deal 110% damage while draining HP from the attacker.
• Awakened Null appears at the back of the enemy party and begins a four-turn chant.
• Awakened Null cannot receive damage reduction.
• If Awakened Null falls below 60% HP, its chant is canceled for the rest of the battle.
• If the chant succeeds, enemies receive a Death effect for one turn.

• Death stacks can eventually open the gate against the enemy with the highest Death stack.
• The affected card cannot attack or receive healing for one turn.
These mechanics aren’t too difficult during the first part, but the later tower sections are expected to become considerably harder.
Alchemist Tower Rewards
The tower doesn’t just provide a new challenge. You can also earn useful progression materials.
After completing a section, you can receive Transmutation Stones, including the new Crimson Stone.

The Crimson Stone is described as a stone filled with Alchemist power earned through training in the Alchemist Tower.
The tower also provides currency and other rewards as you progress. The first section gives 500K as one of its rewards.
One major improvement is that these upgrade materials can now be obtained directly from the tower instead of requiring players to rely entirely on Infinite Mode.
Upgrade Your Stats
The Alchemist Tower also introduces an upgrade system that lets you spend your earned materials on stat upgrades.
You can improve stats such as:

• Strength
• Other character stats as you progress
This gives players another reason to keep farming the tower after unlocking it.
If your main team is already strong, investing your early upgrade materials into the stat that benefits your primary damage dealer can help you clear future sections faster.
New Cards
The update also introduces several new cards connected to the Alchemist theme.
Among the new cards are:
• Awakened Null
• Soul Bond Armor
• Awakened Metal Alchemist
• Dwarf in the Flask
• Forbidden Transmutation
Each card has unique mechanics based around concepts such as Transmutation, Souls, Contracts, Sins, Debt, and Judgment.
Awakened Null
Awakened Null summons the Gate of Truth when the battle begins.
While the Gate is active:
• Enemy abilities trigger the Toll effect.
• The effect can steal a percentage of enemy stats.
• Awakened Null can steal 15% of active enemy stats for two turns.
• When the effect expires, the stolen stats are added to the Transmutation Pile.
• When Awakened Null dies, it can revive with 50% stats plus the accumulated Transmutation Pile stats.
This gives the card a strong scaling mechanic because the longer it remains useful, the more power it can potentially accumulate.
Soul Bond Armor
Soul Bond Armor redirects 35% of the damage dealt to allies onto itself.
Every 20% HP lost creates a Soul Bind.
Each Soul Bind provides:
• 10% damage reduction
• 10% bonus damage
When Soul Bond Armor takes a fatal hit, it can consume two Soul Binds to heal for 40% HP.
This makes it a defensive support card that becomes more valuable as it takes damage.
Awakened Metal Alchemist
Awakened Metal Alchemist has a mixture of defensive and offensive mechanics.
When hit, it can transmute part of the incoming damage into a random damage-over-time effect.
It can also cleanse negative effects and turn them into a temporary damage buff.
The card uses different Contracts, including:
• Spear: Deals 65% damage to the active enemy and last enemy.
• Pillar: Stuns the enemy for one turn.
• Chains: Prevents forms of damage negation.
After using all three Contracts, the next Contract activates all three effects.
This makes the card especially interesting for longer battles where you can cycle through its mechanics.
Dwarf in the Flask
Dwarf in the Flask introduces the Seven Sins system.
At the start of battle, the card gains seven Sin stacks. When it enters the field, it can consume three stacks and gain their effects.
The different Sins provide different bonuses.
Some of the effects include:
• Pride: Debuffs the enemy with the highest damage stat.
• Lust: Basic attacks apply a bleed.
• Envy: Can copy the power of a stronger enemy.
• Wrath: Allows attacks to deal true damage.
• Greed: Provides a shield equal to 40% of max HP.
• Gluttony: Consumes enemy buffs.
• Sloth: Causes basic attacks to hit twice at reduced damage.
The card can also revive by consuming Sin stacks after dying.
Forbidden Transmutation Fusion
One of the most interesting additions is the Forbidden Transmutation fusion.
When the required cards are paired and the conditions are met, they can fuse into Forbidden Transmutation.
Its abilities include:
• Transmuting 50% of incoming damage into Debt.
• The Debt damage is taken over four turns as true damage.
• Each turn triggers an unused Judgment.
• Judgment can deal 55% true damage to the active enemy.
• Soul heals 10% max HP.
• Mind disables the active enemy’s skill for one turn.
• After three Judgments, the next Judgment activates all Judgment effects and triggers stored Debt.
• If the card survives, it gains 50% damage and permanent status immunity.
Stored Debt is capped at 30% of the user’s base HP.
This is one of the more complicated mechanics in the update, but it can become extremely powerful when fully built around.
New Flask of Evil Item
The update also adds the Flask of Evil, which is connected to the new Alchemist content.
As you progress through the tower and unlock its rewards, you’ll gain access to more Alchemist-related items and progression systems.
New Boss Gear
A new piece of Boss Gear has also been added through the Chainsaw Man content.
The Chainsaw Head provides:
• 90% Luck
• 25% additional Luck
It requires 50K to obtain.
If you’re trying to maximize your farming efficiency, this is another item worth working toward.
Trade Rework
Trading received a useful overhaul in this update.
The Trade Shop is now separated into two tabs:
• Roll
• Shop
The Shop tab allows players to purchase trade-related items such as Trade Rolls and Trade Catalysts for the available trade options.
This should make the trading system easier to navigate and give players more control over their trades.
New Truth Name Tag
A new Truth name tag has also been added.
It appears to be connected to progressing through the Alchemist content, with the higher-level Alchemist progression providing additional rewards and unlocks.
Card and Gameplay Changes
The update also contains several balance changes to existing cards.
Moro
Moro received changes to his Devour mechanic.
The update includes:
• Devour rebalanced around 20% max HP.
• The cap was increased to 250%.
• Damage is now capped.
• Devour respects rate-debuff immunity.
• His maximum stats were also adjusted.
These changes are intended to make his scaling more controlled while still keeping his core mechanic useful.
Hit
Hit also received a fix involving his counterattack interaction.
The change prevents the counterattack refusal mechanic from creating a loop that could cause gameplay issues.
D4C Requiem
D4C Requiem also received changes involving its gates and fusion interactions.
The update changes how its Chariot-related mechanics interact with battle rules and fusion effects.
Tower Progression Tips
If you’re starting the Alchemist Tower, don’t immediately worry about building the perfect team for the final sections.
Start by testing your strongest team against Ashen Circles and see how quickly you can clear it.
A good approach is:
• Start with your strongest damage-focused team.
• Learn the mechanics of each Tower Part.
• Collect Transmutation Stones.
• Upgrade your most important stats.
• Continue pushing higher sections.
• Adjust your team when new mechanics start countering your current setup.
• Save useful upgrade materials for important stat increases.
The first part is relatively manageable, but the difficulty should become much more noticeable as you approach the later stages.
Alchemist Tower vs. the Previous Tower
The Alchemist Tower is a much larger piece of content than the previous tower.
The biggest difference is the number of stages.
The previous tower had around six parts, while the new Alchemist Tower has 10.
It also introduces:
• New upgrade materials
• New stat progression
• New cards
• New fusion mechanics
• New tower-specific challenges
• New Alchemist-themed equipment
• Additional progression rewards
This gives players considerably more content to work through.
Are There Any New Codes?
At the time covered by this update, no new Alchemist Tower code was confirmed.
Codes may be added later, so keep an eye on future update announcements if you’re waiting for free rewards.
The Alchemist Tower Update is a major addition to Anime Card Clash, especially because the new tower now contains 10 different parts instead of stopping at the previous six-part structure.
You’ll be able to earn Transmutation Stones, upgrade your stats, unlock new Alchemist-themed cards, experiment with Seven Sins, and eventually work toward powerful mechanics like Forbidden Transmutation.
The best place to start is Ashen Circles, where you can learn the tower’s mechanics and begin collecting upgrade materials. As you progress toward the Chamber of Truth, expect the challenges to become much harder and your team-building decisions to matter more.
If you’re looking for long-term progression, this update gives you plenty to grind for.
