At the beginning, it can be tempting to buy everything available, but some upgrades and purchases will help you progress much faster than others.

In this post, we will show you the best ways to upgrade your character, manage your units, choose better dice, rebirth efficiently, and farm money in Anime Dice. These tips can help both new players and players who want to improve their progression.

I have found that the best strategy is not simply spending money whenever you get it. Knowing when to upgrade, when to save, and when to invest in stronger dice can make a huge difference.

So, if you are trying to go from a beginner to a much stronger player in Anime Dice, here are some of the most important upgrades, tips, and tricks you should know.

The upgrade system is one of the first things I would recommend paying attention to in Anime Dice. Your upgrades can have a major impact on how quickly you progress, so spending your money in the right order is important.

Personally, I would focus on Money and Luck upgrades first.

Money helps you build your economy faster, while Luck gives you a better chance of getting stronger and rarer units. These two upgrades work extremely well together because better units can help improve your income, giving you more money to continue progressing.

Roll Speed is also useful and can help you get through rolls faster.

After focusing on Money and Luck, I would start looking at Unit Storage. Having more storage becomes helpful as you begin collecting more valuable units and do not want to constantly manage your inventory.

The upgrades I would leave until later are things like:

• Walk Speed

• Damage

• Health

These upgrades can still be useful, but early on, your Money and Luck progression can have a much bigger impact on your overall growth.

My preferred upgrade priority would be:

• Money

• Luck

• Roll Speed

• Unit Storage

• Damage and Health

• Walk Speed

You can adjust this depending on your current progress, but focusing on your economy and luck early is usually a strong way to start.

Whenever your backpack becomes full, do not immediately sell everything.

The first thing I always do is check my inventory and make sure my best units are equipped before selling the rest.

This is important because it is easy to accidentally get rid of a valuable unit if you are selling too quickly.

Take a moment to compare what you have collected and equip the strongest units first. Once your best team is safely equipped, you can sell the unwanted units and turn them into extra money.

This creates a simple progression cycle:

Roll for units → Equip the best ones → Sell weaker units → Earn money → Upgrade and buy better dice.

Following this cycle consistently can help you progress without wasting valuable units.

Your dice are another major part of progression in Anime Dice.

As you earn more money, you should regularly visit the Dice Shop and check whether you can afford a better dice.

For example, if you have enough money for something like the Storm Dice, buying it can be a good way to improve your progression instead of sitting on your money for too long.

However, saving can sometimes be the better choice.

If the next dice is only slightly more expensive and provides a much better improvement, I would consider saving instead of spending everything immediately.

Later in the progression, you may want to save for stronger options such as the Shadow Dice, which costs around 1.5 billion in the progression shown here.

The important thing is to balance your spending.

Do not spend every coin on random upgrades if getting a stronger dice is going to significantly improve your rolling potential.

Rebirthing is an important part of progression, but you should think carefully about what you do with your money before resetting.

When you rebirth, you lose your current cash, so I prefer spending a good portion of that money on useful upgrades first.

Luck and Money upgrades are usually strong choices before rebirthing because they can help your next progression cycle move faster.

You can also invest in other upgrades if you have extra money available.

After rebirthing, do not panic when your cash disappears.

Once you have built a strong enough base and equipped good units, you can often recover your money surprisingly quickly.

That is one of the reasons rebirth can be worth it. Your temporary cash may disappear, but your overall progression can continue moving forward.

When you pull a strong unit, I recommend checking whether it is worth upgrading.

You do not necessarily need to upgrade every single unit you own.

For example, if you have a weak Rare unit that is already being replaced by much stronger units, spending money on upgrading it may not be the best investment.

Instead, I focus on the units that are actually helping my team and generating the most value.

If you pull something with a very low rarity chance, such as a 1 in 2 million unit, that is usually something worth paying attention to.

A 1 in 600k unit can also be a solid addition depending on what else you currently have.

Equip your strongest units and invest upgrades into the ones that will continue carrying your progression.

If you are getting bored of constantly rolling and farming money, the Towers are another activity you should try.

Make sure your best team is equipped before entering because your units will determine how far you can progress.

You may be able to clear the easier stages without much trouble, but eventually, the difficulty will increase and your team can reach its limit.

Do not worry if you fail after reaching several floors.

For example, reaching around Floor 7 before losing still gives you an idea of how strong your current team is.

Use your Tower performance as a test.

If you are struggling to progress further, it may be time to:

• Upgrade your best units

• Get better dice

• Improve your team

• Increase your useful upgrades

• Pull rarer units

Then come back later and try again with a stronger setup.

One interesting way to understand the progression in Anime Dice is by looking at other players’ bases.

You can see what types of units other players have collected and get an idea of what is possible later in the game.

You might find players with Legendary, Diamond, or even Mythical units generating massive amounts of money.

For example, some powerful Mythical units can generate billions per second, which shows just how much your income can increase once you start pulling the rarest units.

Seeing stronger bases can also help you understand what you should work toward next.

Do not worry if another player is far ahead of you. Everyone starts somewhere, and your own income will grow as you collect stronger units and continue improving your base.

Sometimes the best upgrade is the one you do not buy immediately.

If you know you are close to getting a much better dice, I recommend saving your money instead of constantly spending it on smaller upgrades.

For example, saving toward the Shadow Dice can be more valuable than repeatedly spending your money on upgrades that only provide a small benefit.

That does not mean you should never upgrade your units or stats.

The key is finding a balance.

If your current units are generating a good amount of money, you can upgrade them slightly and let them continue producing income while you save.

Your units can essentially carry your economy while you work toward the next major purchase.

Your best units are the foundation of your economy.

Once you have a strong group equipped, make sure you regularly collect the money they generate.

You can then reinvest that money into:

• Better dice

• Luck upgrades

• Money upgrades

• Unit upgrades

• Storage upgrades

Even if you temporarily spend most of your money, your equipped units can help rebuild your economy.

That is why getting stronger units is so important.

The better your units become, the easier it becomes to recover from big purchases and continue saving for expensive upgrades.

Eventually, your progression will depend heavily on getting lucky and pulling stronger units.

Once you have collected most of the common, Uncommon, and Rare units, you will want to start aiming for Epics and Mythicals.

This is where Luck upgrades become especially important.

The Index is a good place to check what you have already collected and see what rarities you are still missing.

Getting an Epic can improve your progression significantly, but pulling a Mythical can completely change your economy.

Mythical units can generate enormous amounts of money, sometimes reaching billions per second.

If you manage to pull one, your progression can speed up dramatically.

That is why I recommend continuing to invest in Luck while also upgrading your dice.

Better rolling potential combined with stronger Luck gives you a much better foundation for chasing the rarest units.

The overall progression in Anime Dice is fairly straightforward once you understand the main cycle.

You want to keep rolling, collect stronger units, equip the best ones, sell weaker units, and reinvest the money you earn.

The more powerful your units become, the more money you can generate.

More money allows you to buy better dice and upgrades.

Better dice and Luck upgrades can help you pull stronger units.

Then the entire cycle begins again.

The biggest mistake I would avoid is wasting too much money on upgrades that are not helping your current progression.

Focus on what gives you the biggest improvement right now.

For most players, that will usually mean prioritizing:

• Money

• Luck

• Better Dice

• Strong Units

• Unit Storage

Once your economy is strong, you can start putting more resources into combat-related upgrades and other stats.

Anime Dice is all about building a stronger economy and using that money to improve your chances of getting better units.

My biggest recommendation is to focus on Money and Luck upgrades, always equip your strongest units before selling, upgrade your dice whenever it makes sense, and save for major purchases instead of spending everything immediately.

Do not forget about Towers either, as they can give you another way to test how strong your current team is.

Most importantly, keep rolling and improving your setup. Once you start pulling stronger Epics and Mythicals, your money generation can increase massively and make the rest of your progression much easier.

With the right upgrades, better dice, and a strong collection of units, you can go from a beginner to building a seriously powerful Anime Dice base.
