Anime Fighting Simulator Vigo Quests Guide – All 9 Quests

Vigo has a full nine-quest progression line in Anime Fighting Simulator that takes you through stat training, Limbo Dungeon clears, boss fights, Black Moon Release progression, and eventually obtaining Vasto Lord.

The quests become more demanding as you progress. You start with basic Sword training before moving into multiple stats, harder Limbo difficulties, Black Moon Release requirements, and finally Vasto Lord.

Completing these quests gives several useful rewards along the way, including Chikara, Yen, potions, Trait Rerolls, a White Fragment, and Fighting Pass XP.

Vigo is located in Hueco Mundo.

To reach Hueco Mundo, find the portal located next to the Kurama Boss island and enter it.

Once you arrive, find Vigo and interact with him to begin his questline. There are nine quests to complete in total, and you will need to work through them in order until you reach the final Vasto Lord quest.

Vigo’s first quest is called Edge of the Black Moon.

Your objective is to:

Train Sword 2,000 times.

Once you finish all 2,000 Sword training actions, return to the quest progression to complete Edge of the Black Moon.

You receive:

800 Chikara 6,000 Yen

The amount of Yen scales based on your class.

This is the starting point of Vigo’s questline and introduces the stat-training requirements that appear again in some of his later missions.

The second Vigo quest is called First Descent.

Instead of training another stat, you need to complete a dungeon objective.

Your requirement is:

Clear the Limbo Dungeon on Medium difficulty.

Make sure you are completing the correct difficulty because the quest specifically requires the Medium version of Limbo.

Completing First Descent rewards:

1,200 Chikara 15,000 Yen

The Yen reward once again scales with your class.

This is also the first of several Limbo Dungeon requirements in Vigo’s questline. You will eventually have to complete harder versions of the dungeon as you progress.

The third quest is Body and Blade, and this mission increases the amount of stat training you need to complete.

You must:

Train Sword 3,000 times Train Strength 3,000 times

Both objectives need to be completed for the quest.

After finishing the Sword and Strength training requirements, you receive:

1,200 Chikara 22,500 Yen 1 Champion Luck Potion

The Yen reward scales based on your class.

This is the first Vigo mission that requires training two different stats rather than focusing on a single stat.

The fourth Vigo quest is called Under the Black Moon and introduces Black Moon Release into the questline.

You need to:

Equip Black Moon Release and defeat 10 bosses while it remains equipped.

Having Black Moon Release is not enough by itself. You need to keep it equipped while completing the boss defeats required for the mission.

After defeating all 10 bosses with Black Moon Release equipped, you receive:

1,200 Chikara 22,500 Yen 5 Trait Rerolls

The Yen reward is based on your class.

The Trait Rerolls make this quest particularly useful because you receive five of them alongside the Chikara and Yen.

Vigo’s fifth quest is Deeper Still.

This mission sends you back into the Limbo Dungeon, but the required difficulty increases.

You must:

Clear the Limbo Dungeon on Hard difficulty.

Earlier, First Descent required the Medium version. Deeper Still specifically requires a successful Hard difficulty clear.

Completing the quest gives:

2,000 Chikara 22,500 Yen

The Yen reward scales according to your class.

After this point, the requirements continue getting larger as you move toward the later stages of Vigo’s progression.

The sixth Vigo quest is called Forged in Spirit.

This is another stat-training mission, but the numbers are significantly higher than the earlier training quests.

You need to:

Train Strength 5,000 times Train Chakra 5,000 times

Both requirements must be completed.

Once you finish the Strength and Chakra training, Forged in Spirit rewards:

2,000 Chikara 22,500 Yen 10 Trait Rerolls

The Yen scales based on your class.

You receive 10 Trait Rerolls from this mission, which is twice the five Trait Rerolls awarded for completing Under the Black Moon.

The seventh mission is called Command the Moon.

This quest returns your attention to Black Moon Release, but instead of defeating bosses, you need to increase its Mastery.

The objective is:

Raise Black Moon Release to Mastery 75.

You need to reach the full Mastery 75 requirement before completing the mission.

Command the Moon rewards:

2,000 Chikara 1 Champion Love Potion 1 Boss Drop Potion

Unlike several earlier Vigo quests, no Yen reward was mentioned for this stage. Instead, you receive two different potions alongside the 2,000 Chikara.

The eighth Vigo quest is Into the Nightmare.

This is the third Limbo Dungeon mission in the questline and requires the highest difficulty mentioned in Vigo’s quests.

You need to:

Clear the Limbo Dungeon on Nightmare difficulty.

By this point, Vigo has taken you through all three required Limbo difficulties:

Medium → Hard → Nightmare

Completing Into the Nightmare rewards:

2,000 Chikara 1 White Fragment 5 Trait Rerolls

The White Fragment is obtained at this stage of the questline, alongside another five Trait Rerolls.

After completing Into the Nightmare, only Vigo’s final mission remains.

The ninth and final Vigo quest is called Vasto Lord.

To complete it, you need to:

Craft or otherwise obtain Vasto Lord.

Unlike the earlier missions, this final objective is centered around actually obtaining Vasto Lord rather than training a certain number of times or clearing another Limbo difficulty.

Once you obtain Vasto Lord and finish Vigo’s entire questline, you receive:

4,000 Chikara 30,000 Yen 100 Fighting Pass XP

The 30,000 Yen reward scales based on your class.

This is the largest individual Chikara reward mentioned across Vigo’s nine quests and also gives you 100 Fighting Pass XP for completing the full progression.

Vigo’s questline follows a clear progression from basic training into increasingly difficult objectives.

You begin with Edge of the Black Moon, requiring 2,000 Sword training. First Descent then sends you into the Limbo Dungeon on Medium difficulty.

Body and Blade increases the training requirement to 3,000 Sword and 3,000 Strength before Under the Black Moon requires you to defeat 10 bosses with Black Moon Release equipped.

Deeper Still sends you back into Limbo on Hard difficulty, followed by Forged in Spirit requiring 5,000 Strength and 5,000 Chakra training.

Command the Moon then requires Black Moon Release Mastery 75.

After reaching that milestone, Into the Nightmare requires a successful Nightmare Limbo Dungeon clear.

Finally, Vasto Lord asks you to craft or otherwise obtain Vasto Lord to finish the entire questline.
