Bizarre Lineage Beginner Guide Update 1 – Stands, Raids

Starting fresh in Bizarre Lineage after Update 1 can feel messy—there are new stands, raids, items, and systems all thrown at you at once. The trick is not trying to do everything.

Start With Codes (Free Boost)

Before doing anything:

  • Press M → Shop → Scroll Down → Enter Codes
  • Redeem everything you can

You’ll get:

  • Stand arrows
  • Lucky arrows
  • Rerolls
  • Essence items

This gives you a strong early boost and saves grind time.

Your First Goal: Get a Decent Stand

Early on, don’t chase rare or endgame stands.

  • Use normal arrows
  • Aim for something stable (like Silver Chariot or similar)

You just need a working stand, not a perfect one.

Where New Stands Come From (Important)

Most new stands are not random drops—they require crafting.

Go to:

  • Bus Stop 1 → Find Gupta (NPC)

Here you’ll craft special items like:

  • Meteorite Arrow → Planet Waves
  • Deep Dive Arrow → Diver Down
  • Death 13 Card → Death 13
  • Requiem Arrow → Silver Chariot Requiem

To get these materials:

  • You must run raids

Raids = Your Main Progression

There are 3 raids you need to know:

1. Prison Escape (Most Important)

  • Multi-stage raid (prisoners → guards → Pucci → final boss)
  • Main source of progression items
  • Required for Made in Heaven path

This should be your main focus.

2. Death 13 Raid (Easy Farm)

  • Located near Bus Stop 2
  • Very easy compared to others
  • Good for early materials

If you’re weak, farm this first.

3. Dio Over Heaven Raid (Endgame)

  • Located near Bus Stop 18
  • Very difficult
  • Not beginner-friendly

Ignore this until you’re stronger.

Muay Thai

To unlock:

  • Go to Bus Stop 2
  • Move straight from spawn
  • Talk to the trainer NPC

This gives you a solid early combat style, especially if your stand is weak.

New Edict (Soulcalibur)

Start this early—even if you can’t finish it yet.

  • Go to Bus Stop 14
  • Talk to the NPC (Dopio)

Why it matters:

  • Progress runs in the background
  • Rewards include visual upgrades (like name color)
  • Helps long-term progression

Start it early so you don’t waste time later.

Important Shop Items

Check the Prestige Shop for key items:

  • Unbreakable Essence → Needed for Star Platinum → SPTW
  • Other rare materials for crafting

Don’t ignore this—it’s part of progression now.

Most beginners make the same mistake:

  • Chasing rare stands immediately
