Dungeon Quest Reborn Weapons Tier List and Best Abilities

If you’re trying to figure out which weapons and abilities are actually worth using in Dungeon Quest Reborn, this tier list should make things much easier. With hundreds of weapons available across different dungeons, it can be difficult to know which drops are worth keeping and which ones you should replace.

In this guide, I’ll go through the current weapons and abilities and explain where they stand in the meta. I’ve also separated everything into S, A, B, C, and D tiers so you can quickly find the best options for your Warrior or Mage build.

There are currently 291 weapons and at least 19 abilities to collect. Some are common dungeon drops, while others are Legendary or Ultimate rewards that are much harder to obtain. If you’re pushing into the Northern Lands and later dungeons, knowing which gear to chase can save you a lot of farming time.

Before jumping into the rankings, keep in mind that the tier list is based mainly on overall usefulness, damage potential, dungeon progression, and how valuable each item is compared with other weapons available around the same stage.

S-tier weapons and abilities are the options I would prioritize the most. These are either the strongest endgame choices or exceptionally powerful options for their dungeon.

A-tier items are still excellent and can carry you through difficult content, but they sit slightly below the strongest meta choices.

B-tier weapons are solid and useful while progressing, but you’ll generally want to replace them once you reach stronger dungeons.

C-tier options are more average, while D-tier weapons are mainly useful early in progression or until you find something better.

There are no F-tier weapons in this list because every weapon is still better than fighting without one.

S-tier is where you’ll find the biggest weapons in the current meta. The Eden’s Vengeance and Eden’s Reaper are particularly important because they are the Ultimate weapons from Enchanted Forest.

Eden’s Vengeance is currently the weapon I would chase if you’re running a Warrior build. It sits at the very top because of its Ultimate status and the raw power it provides.

For Mage players, Eden’s Reaper fills the same role. If either of these drops for you, you’re looking at one of the best possible weapons for your class.

The Eldenbark Greatsword and Eldenbark Greatstaff are also excellent choices and serve as realistic Legendary alternatives while you’re trying to obtain the Ultimate weapons.

Even the regular Enchanted Forest weapons are extremely useful because this dungeon represents another major jump in power. So don’t automatically ignore the lower-priced drops from this dungeon.

The Northern Lands Ultimate weapons, Hofund and Laevateinn, are still fantastic weapons. However, the newer Enchanted Forest Ultimate weapons are considered stronger overall.

For Legendary drops, Mjolnir is the major Warrior target, while Gungnir is the Mage equivalent.

If you’re still progressing through Northern Lands, you don’t necessarily need to wait for a Legendary or Ultimate. Weapons such as Staff of the North and Frost Giant Greataxe are excellent regular drops and can make your progression much smoother.

Gildenscale Oath And Aegis and Daybreak And Gildensong are the top Legendary choices in this group.

If you’re farming Gildenscale, these should be among your biggest targets. The regular Oathsworn and Dracani weapons are also worthwhile while you’re building toward the strongest drops.

A-tier weapons are still excellent choices and are often the gear you’ll use while progressing toward the very best items.

The biggest targets here are Galactic Dual Blades and Galactic Pike. They are the Legendary weapons of Outer Orbit and provide a strong bridge toward later-game content.

The Solar weapons are also excellent regular drops if you haven’t managed to get the Legendary versions.

Lava King’s Warscythe and Lava King’s Spell Daggers are the main Legendary targets from Volcanic Chambers.

For normal drops, Dual Hellfire Blades, Volcanic Greatsword, and Ancient Lava Axe are some of the stronger options to keep an eye out for.

The Sea King’s Trident and Sea King’s Greatstaff are the standout Legendary weapons from Aquatic Temple.

If you don’t get those immediately, the regular Aquatic Temple weapons are still strong enough to be worth using while you continue farming.

B-tier contains a large selection of weapons from older dungeons. They’re useful for progression but are generally outclassed once you reach stronger content.

B-tier weapons aren’t bad at all. If you’re currently farming one of these dungeons, there’s no reason to throw away a useful weapon simply because it isn’t S-tier. The important thing is upgrading as you move into stronger content.

C-tier contains older weapons that can still help you progress but have been surpassed by equipment from later dungeons.

If you’re still using one of these because it’s the best item you’ve found, that’s completely fine. Tier lists are mainly useful for comparing gear when you have multiple options.

D-tier is mostly made up of early-game weapons. These can certainly help when you’re starting out, but you’ll want to replace them as soon as better equipment becomes available.

These weapons are mainly useful when you’re starting your Dungeon Quest Reborn journey. Once you begin reaching later dungeons, you’ll replace them quickly with stronger gear.

Weapons aren’t the only important part of your build. Abilities can completely change how effective your character is, especially when you’re running difficult dungeons.

There are currently at least 19 abilities listed for the game, although the available information isn’t complete for every ability. Most abilities can be obtained as drops from their corresponding dungeons.

There are two abilities that stand above the rest for endgame builds.

If you’re playing at Insane difficulty and beyond, Enhanced Inner Rage and Enhanced Inner Focus should be high on your farming list.

These abilities provide the kind of damage boost that becomes extremely valuable as enemy health increases. If you’re serious about pushing endgame content, I would prioritize getting the appropriate one for your class.

A-tier abilities are extremely useful and can fit into many different builds.

Universal Heal is particularly valuable if you’re playing a dedicated support or healing role.

For Warriors, Whirlwind remains a useful farming ability because it can clear multiple enemies quickly. Berserk is another strong option when you want to increase your damage output.

Mage players have several strong choices as well, with Lightning Strikes, Enchanted Shuriken, and Phantom Striker all providing useful damage depending on your build.

B-tier abilities are useful but generally aren’t as powerful as the options above.

These abilities can still be useful while you’re progressing, particularly if you haven’t obtained the higher-tier abilities yet.

C-tier abilities are more situational and are generally used while progressing through the earlier stages of the game.

These aren’t necessarily useless. If you’re still working through the dungeon where one drops, it can be perfectly fine to equip it until a better ability becomes available.

If you’re mainly interested in the strongest possible endgame setup, I’d focus your farming around the latest and strongest dungeons.

For Warriors, some of the biggest targets include:

For Mages, the major targets include:

• Eden’s Reaper

Of course, getting a Legendary or Ultimate weapon can take plenty of farming, so don’t feel like you have to wait for the perfect drop before upgrading your character.

For endgame builds, Enhanced Inner Rage is the main Warrior target, while Enhanced Inner Focus is the equivalent for Mage players.

If you haven’t obtained either one yet, you can still use strong A-tier abilities such as Whirlwind, Berserk, Lightning Strikes, Enchanted Shuriken, Phantom Blades, or Phantom Striker, depending on your class and playstyle.

I recommend upgrading your abilities gradually rather than holding onto weak early-game abilities just because you’re waiting for an S-tier drop.

Dungeon Quest Reborn has a huge selection of weapons, and the difference between early-game gear and modern endgame equipment is massive.

If you’re working through Northern Lands, Aquatic Temple, Enchanted Forest, or the latest content, your main goal should be to keep upgrading toward the strongest Legendary and Ultimate weapons available to your class.

For Warriors, Eden’s Vengeance is one of the biggest prizes you can get, while Mage players should aim for Eden’s Reaper. The Gildenscale Legendary weapons are also extremely valuable, while Northern Lands’ Hofund and Laevateinn remain excellent choices.

For abilities, Enhanced Inner Rage and Enhanced Inner Focus are the two major endgame targets. Until you get them, there are plenty of A-tier abilities that can keep your build performing well.

Most importantly, don’t get too caught up in the tier letters. If a lower-tier weapon has much better stats than the weapon you’re currently using, equip it and keep progressing. The best gear is always the gear that actually helps you clear your current content faster.
