A new location called Mermaid Cove has opened up near the Grand Reef. You’re looking for a crevice in the ocean—that’s your entry point.

Shell System (New Core Mechanic)
The biggest gameplay addition is the Shell system, tied directly to exploration.
You can now find Calyra’s Shells:
- Spawn randomly along beaches
- Very rare—don’t expect to find them quickly
- Can sometimes be obtained while fishing nearby
Once you collect shells, take them to Calyra.
She will:
- Accept all shells you bring
- Extract their essence (for a fee)
- Give you a random consumable shell in return
