Fisch Music Venue Takeover Update Guide – All Rods, Quests

This update is stacked. If you just logged into Fisch Roblox game and walked into the Music Venue, you probably had the same reaction most players did… “why are there so many quests?”

There are multiple questlines, several new rods, hidden mechanics, and a couple of grind-heavy steps that can either take 30 minutes or ruin your entire day depending on how you approach them.

So instead of dumping everything at once, I’m going to walk you through it like we’re figuring it out together. I’ll show you what actually matters, what you can skip, and where people usually mess up.

Fisch Music Venue Takeover Update Guide – All Rods, Quests

When you enter the venue, you’ll see multiple NPCs, each tied to a specific rod:

  • Reaper → Soul Reaper Rod
  • Rivet → Steampunk Rod
  • Axel → Acid Grinder Rod
  • The Guide → Castbound Rod
  • Saraphel → Wingkeeper Rod
  • Lunith → Remembrance Rod

Each one is basically its own mini progression system.

Soul Reaper Rod

This is the first one most players go for, and honestly, it makes sense.

Key Steps Simplified

  1. Get a Shiny + Sparkling + Darkened Rubber Duck
    • You can trade for this, don’t waste time farming
  2. Catch a Spirit Ancient Depth Serpent
    • Requires:
      • Depths area
      • Absolute Darkness
      • Best option → Spirit Binder
  3. Get a Soul-Touched Log
    • Requires Hades Soul Scythe
    • Use garbage bait since it counts as trash
  4. Catch Distraught Scrap Metal
    • Use Dream Breaker Rod
  5. Catch Phantom String
    • Use Eidolon Rod
    • Location: Desolate Deep
  6. Deliver items to 3 Ghost NPCs
    • Rosa Volcano (Handle)
    • Keeper Altar (Bonds)
    • Living Garden (Blade)

Then return to Reaper and claim the rod.

Why It’s Worth It

  • Insane stats
  • Passive gives extra fish + boosted weight
  • One of the strongest rods right now

If you’re only going to grind one thing from this update, make it this.

Steampunk Rod (Fast Mid-Game Utility Rod)

This one is way easier but still useful.

Quest Breakdown

  • Step 1: Get basic junk
    • Rusty Bolt, Broken Gear, Scrap Metal
    • You can trade these
  • Step 2: Get upgraded versions
    • Purified → Insight enchant
    • Midas → Midas Rod
    • Crystallized → Crystallized Rod
  • Step 3: Travel 75,000 studs
    • Use the bike you get
    • Just drive in loops, don’t overthink it
  • Step 4: Catch Electric Kirano Worm
    • Zeus Area (Atlantis)
    • Use Thunder setups or storm enchants

Passive Explained Simply

  • Every catch builds energy
  • When full → activate burst
  • Gives:
    • Faster progress OR
    • Better resilience
  • Also boosts mutation chance to 100% during burst

It’s not broken, but it’s actually fun to use.

Acid Grinder Rod (Toxic Setup Rod)

This one is more niche but still interesting.

What You Need

  • Catch Tainted Brine Phantom
    • Requires Bloomspire toxin rod
  • Catch Brine Sovereign
    • Only during Brine Storm
  • Catch Acidic Caustic Storm
    • Requires Acid Grinder + special bait

Important Note

This rod starts as restricted, meaning:

  • You MUST use its specific bait
  • Then unlock full version later

Castbound Rod (One of the Coolest Mechanics)

This rod is honestly one of the most fun.

Steps

  1. Catch 10 Shiny Flying Fish
  2. Do 150 Perfect Catches in Shimmer

Important Tip

  • Shimmer location:
    • Inside Vertigo cave area
  • Use garbage bait for easy perfect catches

Final Requirement

You’ll need to submit multiple rods (yes, actual rods)

Passive

  • Creates slashes while fishing
  • More accuracy = faster progress
  • Also gives extra fish chance

Also… it’s currently the only rod that can fish in Shimmer, which is huge.

Wingkeeper Rod (Day/Night Hybrid Rod)

This one is stylish and strong.

Steps

  • Heavenly Handfish → Heaven’s Rod
  • Celestial Flying Fish → Celestial Rod
  • Blessed Harmonic Dove → Seraphic Rod
  • Nova Wyvern → Nova setups or bait

Passive Breakdown

Daytime

  • Huge progress speed boost
  • Chance for Sanctified mutation

Nighttime

  • Slower progress
  • Chance for Veilfallen mutation

Basically, you switch playstyle depending on time.

Remembrance Rod (The Most Annoying Grind)

This is where things get painful.

First Quest

  • Forgotten Orca
  • Glowy Penguin (crab cage + glow bait)

Second Quest (The Real Problem)

You need multiple butterfly mutations, including:

  • Albino
  • Chaotic
  • Darkened
  • Plagued
  • Blessed
  • Fluttering
  • Departed

And yes… you have to catch them yourself.

Key Tips

  • Use Nectar bait (huge luck boost)
  • Switch rod modes:
    • Living → Fluttering
    • Departed → Departed

This part alone can take hours.

Part Rod (Quick Bonus Rod)

This one is easy and honestly not that useful.

Steps

  • Catch Exploded Tire
  • Catch Part Rock
  • Catch Part Blue Whale

Result

  • Very basic stats
  • Only useful for mutation farming

Hidden Rod (Lullaby Rod)

This one is still being figured out by the community.

  • Not fully discovered yet
  • Likely long and complex questline

You’ll want to wait before grinding this blindly.

Fast Progression Order (What I Recommend)

If you don’t want to waste time, follow this order:

  1. Soul Reaper Rod
  2. Steampunk Rod
  3. Castbound Rod
  4. Wingkeeper Rod
  5. Acid Grinder
  6. Remembrance Rod (last… trust me)

This update is honestly one of the biggest we’ve had in Fisch. It’s not just about rods, it’s about learning how mutations, locations, and mechanics interact together.

If you go in blind, it’s overwhelming.
If you follow a plan, it’s actually one of the most fun grinds in the game.

And yeah, don’t rush everything in one sitting unless you enjoy suffering, especially that butterfly quest.

If you want, I can break down a tier list of all rods in this update or give you the fastest farming builds for each quest, which helps a lot once you’re deep into the grind.
