Haze Seas NPC Locations Guide (Sea 3 Update)

As you progress through Haze Seas, you’ll constantly run into NPCs that unlock new fighting styles, sell powerful weapons, teach Haki, craft equipment, or help you store valuable items. While quest NPCs are usually easy to find, many of the important merchants and trainers are tucked away in hidden corners of each island.

To save you from sailing back and forth searching for them, here’s a complete guide covering the most important NPCs added through the Sea 3 Update.

These NPCs sell weapons, Devil Fruits, accessories, mounts, and other useful items.

These NPCs unlock new combat abilities, Haki, and movement skills.

Locations

Unlocks and upgrades Flash Step, allowing faster movement across large distances.

Haze Seas features dozens of important NPCs spread across all three seas, each serving a unique purpose. Early on, you’ll mainly interact with Haki Trainers, Fighting Style Trainers, and Devil Fruit merchants, while late-game progression revolves around NPCs like Doran the Forge, the Archivists, Race Engineer, and the Gatekeeper.
