How to Get All Charms in Project Apex

Published 30 Aug 2026, 5:27 am · 4 min read

Want to show off your achievements in Project Apex? Charms are one of the best ways to do it. Unlike ordinary cosmetic items, Charms are earned by completing specific challenges and hidden achievements. Some require difficult missions, while others are tied to the Outbreak zombie-survival mode.

Here is how to unlock every currently available Charm, along with the Charms that cannot be obtained yet.

How to Get All Charms in Project Apex

The first group of Charms comes from completing special challenges in the Warehouse mission.

Rattle Me Bones Charm

To unlock Rattle Me Bones, you need to complete the Warehouse mission on Spec Ops difficulty.

There’s one important additional requirement:

Nobody on your team can go down during the entire mission.

If even one squad member is downed, the achievement will not count.

Tips for Rattle Me Bones

This challenge is much easier with a coordinated squad. Before starting, make sure everyone understands the no-down requirement.

A good strategy is to play more cautiously than usual rather than rushing through the mission. Staying alive is more important than clearing rooms quickly.

If someone goes down, you’ll need to restart the attempt if you’re specifically hunting for the Charm.

Luck Device Charm

The Luck Device Charm requires you to finish the Warehouse mission solo while having 30 HP or less.

You don’t have to clear every room to satisfy the challenge.

The basic strategy is:

• Start the Warehouse mission in Solo mode.

• Carefully reduce your health to 30 HP or below.

• Avoid taking unnecessary damage once you’ve reached the required health.

• Make your way toward the exit.

• Finish the mission while still at 30 HP or less.

Be especially careful near the end. Taking a final hit that kills you before reaching the exit will ruin the attempt.

Examination Collab Charms

The next group of Charms is earned in Outbreak, Project Apex’s zombie-survival mode.

These challenges focus primarily on surviving waves and reaching specific combat milestones.

Troy Charm

For Troy, simply survive until you reach Wave 11.

There’s no additional kill or weapon requirement listed, so your main objective is staying alive long enough to reach the required wave.

Male Charm

The Male Charm has two requirements:

• Reach Wave 16

• Fire at least 1,000 shots during the match

Because you need to hit both milestones, don’t focus solely on surviving waves. Make sure you’re also accumulating enough shots throughout the run.

Sin Charm

The Sin Charm requires you to reach Wave 21.

This is one of the more demanding Outbreak Charms because you need to survive significantly longer than the Wave 11 and Wave 16 requirements.

Prioritize survival and avoid unnecessary risks as the waves become more difficult.

Gilbert Charm

The Gilbert Charm requires:

• At least 175 zombie kills

• A Shotgun must be your most-used/favorite weapon for the match

The QB870 is a recommended choice for this challenge because it can deal heavy damage against groups of zombies.

If you’re specifically hunting Gilbert, make sure you use the shotgun consistently rather than spending most of the match using another weapon. You want the Shotgun to remain your primary weapon while you work toward the 175-kill requirement.

Unobtainable Charms

Several Charms may appear in game files or community databases but cannot currently be unlocked.

These include:

• Apex Daff Charm

• Siren Charm

• Prisc Charm

• Breacher Charm

These Charms are present in the game’s files but are currently reserved for future content. There is no legitimate achievement requirement that allows you to obtain them at the moment.

If you see guides claiming that these Charms can currently be unlocked, be cautious—they may be outdated or referring to unreleased content.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you get Rattle Me Bones Solo?

Yes. A Solo Spec Ops run can technically satisfy the no-down requirement because nobody can be downed if you’re playing alone.

However, a coordinated team can make the challenge easier because teammates can help handle enemies and objectives. Just remember that one squad member going down invalidates the attempt.

What’s the best weapon for Gilbert?

The QB870 is a strong choice for the Gilbert challenge because it’s effective against groups of zombies and makes it easier to accumulate the required 175 kills.

The important part isn’t simply using a Shotgun once or twice—you need the Shotgun to register as your most-used/favorite weapon for the match.

If you’re trying to collect every obtainable Charm, tackle the challenges separately rather than attempting to complete everything in one run.

For Rattle Me Bones, prioritize survival and communication.

For Luck Device, carefully manage your HP and avoid taking unnecessary damage after reaching the 30-HP requirement.

For the Outbreak Charms, learn the wave patterns and focus on surviving while simultaneously working toward any additional combat requirements.

Once you’ve collected the available Charms, the remaining four—Apex Daff, Siren, Prisc, and Breacher—will simply have to wait until the developers make them obtainable.
