I had the same thought at first because the clothing system isn’t sitting right there on the main Play screen.

The good news is that you don’t need to unlock some secret level or complete a difficult basketball challenge. Most of the character customization happens in the Plaza, where you’ll find different shops scattered around the area.

Here’s where you need to go and how buying clothes works.

To buy new clothes, you first need to leave the regular basketball area and head over to the Plaza.

From the main menu:

• Choose the option to leave the server and visit the Plaza.

• Wait for your character to spawn somewhere inside the Plaza.
