How to Get Phoenix Full Transformation in Anime Fighting Simulator

Published 1 Aug 2026, 4:48 pm · 6 min read

If you’ve seen someone using the Phoenix Full Transformation in Anime Fighting Simulator and immediately started wondering where the unlock button is, I’ll save you some searching: this one is tied to a fairly long questline.

You need to find Polo and complete all eight of his quests. The missions bounce between stat training, regular enemies, and boss fights, so you’re going to be doing a bit of everything before Polo finally hands over the transformation.

There’s also one requirement you need before Polo will even start the questline: Flames of the Phoenix must be equipped.

I’d sort that out first. Otherwise, you can travel all the way to Polo only to discover he has nothing useful for you yet.

How to Get Phoenix Full Transformation in Anime Fighting Simulator

Once you have Flames of the Phoenix equipped, travel to Ice Island.

Look for the Curse Hunter boss and then check the cliff directly opposite that area. Polo can be found standing on this cliff.

Talk to him with Flames of the Phoenix equipped, and you should be able to begin his questline.

From here, you have eight quests to finish:

• Ashes to Wings

• Emberborn Paths

• Immortal Thistle

• Prometheus’s Flames

• Infernal Ascent

• Rising Phoenix

• Flame of Restoration

• Blue Phoenix’s Crown

That might look like a lot, but most of the objectives are pretty straightforward. The real grind comes from the larger stat requirements and repeated boss kills.

Quest 1: Ashes to Wings

Polo starts you off with Ashes to Wings, which is entirely focused on training.

You need to gain:

• 1,500 Chakra increments

• 1,500 Agility increments

• 1,500 Speed increments

This is a good point to equip your strongest units and take advantage of the appropriate training areas.

Don’t try to brute-force thousands of increments in a weak training spot if you’ve already unlocked somewhere better. Use the best Chakra, Agility, and Speed training areas available to your character.

Once all three requirements are complete, you’ll receive:

3,000 Yen and 200 Chikara.

Nothing too painful yet. Polo is basically warming you up for what comes later.

Quest 2: Emberborn Paths

Now you’re leaving the training zones and heading into a boss fight.

For Emberborn Paths, you need to:

Defeat Kurama 3 times.

It’s three complete victories, so you’ll need to repeat the Kurama fight until the counter reaches three.

Once you’ve defeated Kurama three times, you’ll receive:

• 10 Trait Rerolls

• 5,000 Yen

• 250 Chikara

One little piece of advice here: get comfortable fighting Kurama.

You’re not done with this boss.

Polo is going to send you straight back to Kurama during the final quest, and that time you’ll need even more clears.

Quest 3: Immortal Thistle

After fighting Kurama, Polo sends you back to training.

Immortal Thistle requires:

• 2,500 Chakra increments

• 2,500 Durability increments

Again, your training setup matters more than anything complicated here.

Equip your strongest available units and use the best Chakra and Durability training locations you can access. You’re going to have several training-heavy missions during this questline, so improving your training efficiency now will save quite a bit of time later.

Complete both objectives to receive:

5,000 Yen and 200 Chikara.

Quest 4: Prometheus’s Flames

Prometheus’s Flames is a nice change of pace because you’re hunting normal enemies rather than watching stat counters climb.

You need to defeat:

• 20 Fishmen

• 30 Pirates

The convenient part is that both enemy types can be found on Ice Island.

That means you don’t have to spend ages travelling between completely different locations.

I’d clear whichever enemies are closest first and then finish the other group. You need 50 enemy kills altogether, but normal enemies should make this considerably faster than the repeated boss missions.

Finishing Prometheus’s Flames gives you:

• 10 Trait Rerolls

• 7,500 Yen

• 300 Chikara

Quest 5: Infernal Ascent

Hope you didn’t get too comfortable fighting enemies, because we’re heading back to stat training.

For Infernal Ascent, gain:

• 3,000 Agility increments

• 3,000 Speed increments

At this point, the numbers are starting to climb.

This is exactly why I’d recommend getting your best units equipped before seriously grinding Polo’s quests. Even a modest improvement to your training efficiency starts making a noticeable difference once you’re dealing with thousands of increments per objective.

Use your best available Agility and Speed training areas until both counters are finished.

Your reward is:

7,500 Yen and 300 Chikara.

Quest 6: Rising Phoenix

Rising Phoenix brings us to another boss requirement.

This time, you need to:

Defeat Alligator 3 times.

Clear the Alligator boss fight three times and make sure each victory counts toward your quest progression.

Once the third kill is complete, you’ll receive:

• 10 Trait Rerolls

• 10,000 Yen

• 300 Chikara

We’re getting fairly close to the transformation at this point, but the two biggest training requirements are still ahead.

Quest 7: Flame of Restoration

Flame of Restoration is another pure training mission.

You’ll need:

• 3,000 Chakra increments

• 3,000 Durability increments

If Immortal Thistle went smoothly for you, this should feel familiar. You’re essentially returning to the same types of training, just with higher requirements.

Head back to your Chakra and Durability training locations and work through both objectives.

Completing Flame of Restoration rewards:

10,000 Yen and 300 Chikara.

And now there’s only one quest standing between you and Phoenix Full Transformation.

Unfortunately, Polo saves the biggest grind for last.

Quest 8: Blue Phoenix’s Crown

Blue Phoenix’s Crown is the final Polo quest and the mission that actually rewards Phoenix Full Transformation.

This time you have three objectives:

• Gain 5,000 Chakra increments

• Gain 5,000 Agility increments

• Defeat Kurama 5 times

Yep, Kurama is back.

This is why I mentioned earlier that learning the fight during Emberborn Paths is useful. You already needed three Kurama victories for Quest 2, and now Polo wants another five.

I’d personally finish the training objectives first.

Equip your best units, knock out the 5,000 Chakra and 5,000 Agility increments, and then concentrate entirely on farming Kurama. It makes the final part feel less messy than constantly switching between training and boss fights.

After your fifth required Kurama victory and both training objectives are complete, Blue Phoenix’s Crown is finished.

The final rewards are:

• 10 Trait Rerolls

• 15,000 Yen

• 500 Chikara

• Phoenix Full Transformation

And that’s the unlock you’ve been working toward.

All Polo Quests and Requirements

If you’re already halfway through the questline and just want to know what’s coming next, here’s the complete progression in one place.

How Long Does Phoenix Full Transformation Take to Get?

There’s no single completion time I’d give everyone because your training efficiency and ability to clear the bosses will make a huge difference.

A player with strong units and access to good training areas is obviously going to move through those stat objectives much faster than someone who’s only just reached the point where Polo becomes relevant.

What I wouldn’t do is begin this questline completely unprepared.

Across all eight quests, Polo asks for a lot of training, including repeated Chakra, Agility, Speed, and Durability objectives. You also need multiple boss clears.

The full questline requires eight Kurama defeats in total—three during Emberborn Paths and another five during Blue Phoenix’s Crown—plus three Alligator defeats.

Knowing that before you start makes the grind a little easier to plan.
