Lineage Piece Weapon Tier List 2026 – Best Weapons

If you’re playing Lineage Piece and wondering which weapon is actually worth your time, you’re in the right place. With every update, the weapon meta can shift pretty quickly. Something that felt amazing a few weeks ago can suddenly start feeling slow once you’re fighting stronger bosses or trying to farm higher-level content.

That’s why I wouldn’t recommend choosing a weapon simply because it looks rare or powerful. What really matters is how it performs when you’re actually using it: damage, skill power, cooldowns, range, farming speed, boss performance, and how well it scales into the late game.

For this tier list, we’re focusing mainly on PvE. So if your goal is faster farming, quicker boss kills, and smoother progression toward end-game content, these are the weapons I’d pay attention to.

Here’s the overall ranking:

One thing to keep in mind: a weapon being lower on this list doesn’t automatically mean it’s unusable. Some of these are perfectly fine while you’re progressing. The difference becomes much more obvious once you’re trying to optimize your farming and boss clears.

Let’s start at the bottom.

D-tier weapons aren’t completely useless, especially if you’re still in the early game and don’t have many options. The problem is that you’ll probably outgrow them fairly quickly.

Their damage, skills, or scaling simply don’t hold up as well once enemy health starts climbing.

Zangetsu can be a perfectly reasonable weapon when you’re first getting into the game. Its attacks feel fairly smooth, and it can handle weaker enemies without much trouble.

The problem starts when you move into tougher content.

Its damage output doesn’t keep up particularly well, meaning you’ll start spending more time clearing enemies and bosses than you would with a stronger weapon.

It’s fine as a stepping stone, but I wouldn’t put serious long-term resources into it.

Yoru definitely looks like it should be stronger than it is.

Against weaker enemies, it can still get the job done, but its overall PvE efficiency falls behind once you’re dealing with stronger enemies.

For long farming sessions or difficult bosses, there are simply better options available.

Griffin has some value during the early stages of progression, but its scaling is where things start to fall apart.

As you unlock better weapons, the difference in clear speed becomes increasingly noticeable. It’s another weapon I’d happily use if it was my only option, but I’d replace it once something better comes along.

Stylish Bandit Slayer lands in D tier because its overall performance is too limited for the current meta.

It can help newer players get through basic content, but it doesn’t provide the sustained damage or farming efficiency you’d want from a weapon you’re planning to keep for the long haul.

Dual Katana unfortunately struggles in most of the areas that matter for PvE.

Its basic attacks and skills are usable early on, but the scaling isn’t strong enough to justify investing heavily into it when better weapons become available.

D-tier verdict: Use these if they’re what you have, but don’t make them the centerpiece of your end-game build. Once you get a C-tier weapon or something higher, upgrading should be one of your priorities.

C tier is where things start getting more comfortable.

These weapons can handle early and mid-game content quite well, and you won’t necessarily feel weak while using them. They’re just not quite strong enough to compete with the higher tiers once you start pushing harder content.

Player’s Daggers are a nice option if you enjoy fast-paced combat.

The attack flow is smooth, and the weapon can clear standard enemies without requiring much effort. For regular farming, it does its job.

The problem is that the damage starts falling behind when you move into stronger bosses and late-game content.

It’s a good progression weapon, but you’ll eventually want something with better scaling.

Excalibur is probably the more balanced option in this tier.

It has respectable basic attacks, decent skill damage, and reliable overall performance. There’s nothing particularly complicated about using it, which makes it a comfortable choice while you’re working toward stronger legendary weapons.

Its biggest weakness is simply its end-game scaling.

Once enemy health gets significantly higher, the difference between Excalibur and the weapons in B tier or above becomes much more obvious.

C-tier verdict: Both Player’s Daggers and Excalibur are solid choices while progressing, but I wouldn’t spend heavily on either if you’re already close to obtaining something stronger.

Now we’re getting into weapons that are actually worth keeping for a considerable portion of your progression.

B-tier weapons have strong damage, useful skills, and enough overall consistency to handle most PvE content without making you feel underpowered.

They might not dominate the meta, but they’re definitely not weapons you need to replace immediately.

Raiden is a dependable all-rounder.

It performs well during regular farming and boss fights, with a nice balance between its skills and basic attacks.

It doesn’t have the ridiculous burst damage you’ll see from the S-tier weapons, but you can comfortably use Raiden through a large part of the game.

It’s one of those weapons that simply gets the job done.

Shadow is a good choice for players who prefer a more aggressive playstyle.

It provides steady DPS while allowing you to deal with groups of enemies efficiently. It also holds up reasonably well against bosses.

The combination of mobility and offensive pressure makes Shadow particularly comfortable during longer grinding sessions.

Tensa is another balanced weapon that doesn’t really have a major weakness.

It has respectable skill damage, good scaling, and solid farming speed. You can use it across a wide range of PvE activities without constantly feeling like you’re missing something.

It’s not necessarily the absolute best at one particular job, but it performs well almost everywhere.

This version of Zangetsu sits at the top of B tier.

Compared with its lower-tier performance, this ranking highlights how much stronger it can be when you’re looking at the right version/build.

Zangetsu has enough damage and scaling to remain useful as you move into harder content. Its skills can make a noticeable difference during boss fights, and overall it’s a worthwhile investment until you manage to obtain one of the elite weapons above it.

B-tier verdict: Raiden, Shadow, Tensa, and Zangetsu can carry you through a large portion of the game’s PvE content. If you already have one, there’s no need to panic and replace it immediately.

A tier is where the weapons start becoming genuinely impressive.

These aren’t just good progression weapons. They’re strong enough that you can continue using them even after reaching the end game.

They bring high damage, strong skills, good scaling, and excellent performance across different types of PvE content.

Kokushibo is particularly good in longer fights.

Rather than relying entirely on short bursts of damage, it can maintain strong pressure throughout an encounter.

That’s especially valuable against bosses with large health pools.

Its scaling is another reason it earns a place in A tier. As you progress and improve your build, Kokushibo continues to feel useful instead of quickly becoming obsolete.

If speed is what you’re after, Shadow Daggers are an excellent option.

The fast attack flow makes it easy to clear groups of enemies while maintaining consistent damage against tougher targets.

This makes Shadow Daggers particularly good for extended farming sessions.

It’s one of those weapons that feels good simply because you can keep moving through content without constantly waiting around for enemies to go down.

Miyabi is probably one of the most versatile weapons in this tier.

It performs well against both individual targets and groups, making it useful regardless of the type of content you’re farming.

Its skill rotation is smooth, and the overall damage output stays reliable throughout progression.

A-tier verdict: Kokushibo, Shadow Daggers, and Miyabi are all excellent weapons. If you get one, you can comfortably build around it without immediately worrying about finding another weapon.

Now we get to the weapons everyone’s really interested in.

There are two weapons sitting at the top of this list, and both are capable of completely changing how quickly you progress through PvE content.

These are the weapons I’d prioritize if your goal is to build one of the strongest possible PvE setups.

Solemn Lament is one of the strongest all-around weapons in Lineage Piece right now.

Its abilities hit extremely hard, which makes a noticeable difference in both regular farming and boss fights.

But raw damage isn’t the only reason it’s here.

What really makes Solemn Lament stand out is its consistency.

You don’t need some extremely specific situation for it to perform well. Whether you’re farming resources, clearing islands, completing quests, or fighting powerful bosses, it continues to deliver.

That makes it one of the safest choices if you’re looking for a weapon you can use across practically everything.

If you’re lucky enough to get Solemn Lament, there’s very little reason to immediately start looking for something else.

The other S-tier weapon is Excalibur Morgan.

This weapon earns its spot through a combination of massive skill damage, excellent range, smooth combat flow, and strong scaling.

The range is particularly useful because it allows you to maintain pressure without always having to stand directly on top of your target.

Its scaling also makes it a great long-term investment. As you improve your overall build, Excalibur Morgan continues to benefit rather than falling behind.

It’s not just a weapon that’s strong right now; it’s a weapon you can realistically build around for end-game progression.

This is the big question.

Both are S tier, and honestly, the gap between them isn’t large enough for me to call one a terrible choice compared with the other.

Solemn Lament stands out for its consistency and extremely strong damage across different PvE situations.

Excalibur Morgan brings devastating skills, excellent range, and impressive scaling.

So if you already have one of them, I wouldn’t recommend throwing away your resources just because you don’t have the other.

They’re both capable of carrying an end-game PvE build.

If you’re choosing purely based on the current overall meta, however, Solemn Lament and Excalibur Morgan are the two weapons I’d prioritize above everything else.

If you’re still progressing through Lineage Piece, don’t feel like you need to wait for an S-tier weapon before upgrading anything.

A good B-tier weapon can save you a huge amount of time while you’re working toward something better.

I’d look at it like this:

D tier: Use temporarily and replace when possible.

C tier: Good for early/mid-game progression.

B tier: Strong enough to invest in and use for a large part of the game.

A tier: Excellent long-term weapons that can comfortably reach end game.

S tier: Chase these if you want the strongest possible PvE setup.

The weapon meta in Lineage Piece isn’t just about which weapon has the biggest damage number on paper. Farming speed, skill rotations, range, cooldowns, scaling, and boss performance all make a difference once you’re pushing the harder content.

For the current PvE meta, Solemn Lament and Excalibur Morgan are the two weapons sitting above the competition.

That doesn’t mean the A- and B-tier weapons are bad, though. Kokushibo, Shadow Daggers, Miyabi, Raiden, Shadow, Tensa, and Zangetsu can all provide excellent value depending on where you are in your progression.

And that’s probably the biggest takeaway from this list: don’t waste resources chasing perfection too early. If you already have a strong B- or A-tier weapon, use it to farm faster and work your way toward the end game.

The meta can also change with future updates, balance changes, and new weapon releases. So while Solemn Lament and Excalibur Morgan are the kings right now, that doesn’t mean they’ll stay there forever.
