Universal Piece just received a brand-new update, and one of the biggest additions is Madara Uchiha. Honestly, after seeing the full moveset showcase and damage testing, this might already be one of the strongest powers currently in the game.
The update also added some new quality-of-life features like auto skill options, but the main focus right now is definitely Madara.
Here’s everything shown about how to unlock Madara and what the full showcase looked like.
How To Get Madara Uchiha
To start the obtainment process, you first need to head over to the new Ninjago Island.
That’s where most of the new update content is located.
Step 1: Get the Combat Rune
Before you can unlock Madara, you need a Combat Rune.
The Combat Rune is obtainable from the Bangkok Island Dungeon.
There’s also a questline connected to the unlock process, alongside NPC requirements that need to be completed before progressing further.
Step 2: Farm the Madara Tensei Boss
The required materials for unlocking Madara come from the Madara Tensei Boss.
To summon this boss, you need a Tensei Contract Seal.
How To Get Tensei Contract Seals
Tensei Contract Seals drop from mobs located around the new island.
So the general farming process looks like this:
- Go to Ninjago Island.
- Farm mobs for Tensei Contract Seals.
- Use the seal to summon the Madara Tensei Boss.
- Farm boss drops for the unlock requirements.
- Complete the questline and NPC requirements.
That’s basically the full obtainment path shown in the update.
New Artifacts Added
The update also introduced two new artifacts.
Azure Sentinel
Azure Sentinel can drop from:
- Madara Tensei Boss
- Santoru Phantom Boss
- Dark Hero Boss
- Emperor Boss
- World Boss
- Gift Boxes
Inferno Wraith
Inferno Wraith is obtainable from:
- World Boss
- Gift Boxes
Madara Uchiha Showcase
Once the showcase started, it honestly became pretty obvious very quickly why people are already calling this one of the best powers in the game.
The move effects look insane.
Almost every ability has huge visual effects, flashy animations, and cinematic-style attacks that feel extremely polished compared to a lot of older powers.
Multiple Cutscenes
One of the craziest things shown was that Madara has three different cutscene attacks.
And honestly, all three looked clean.
The moves have that overpowered anime boss energy where the camera changes completely and the attacks feel way bigger than normal abilities.
The showcase specifically mentioned how crazy the moveset feels overall, and after seeing the animations it’s honestly hard to disagree.
Damage Testing
The damage showcase looked extremely strong too.
Even without exact numbers being constantly displayed, the attacks were chunking enemies hard during testing.
The combination of:
- high damage
- massive visual effects
- cinematic cutscenes
- aggressive AoE attacks
makes Madara feel like a full endgame power rather than just another update fruit or ability.
Boss Fight Gameplay
Toward the end of the video, the showcase moved into fighting the Madara boss directly.
The fight itself looked chaotic with nonstop large-scale attacks and effects covering huge portions of the battlefield.
A lot of the attacks also seemed to have excellent range, making the overall moveset feel very strong for both grinding and boss farming.
Madara Uchiha honestly looks like one of the strongest and most polished additions Universal Piece has had in a while.
The obtainment process is definitely a grind because you need:
- Combat Rune
- Tensei Contract Seals
- boss drops
- questline completion
but after seeing the moveset, the grind honestly looks worth it.
The multiple cutscenes alone already make the power stand out, and once you combine that with the damage and huge effects, it definitely feels like a top-tier update ability right now.
