How to Train and Increase Strength in +1 Superhero Evolution

Strength is one of the main stats you need to progress in +1 Superhero Evolution. The more Strength you have, the easier it becomes to defeat enemies, clear stages, earn Wins, and unlock stronger superheroes.

When you first start playing, gaining Strength is pretty straightforward. You can head to the training area and punch the available sandbag to build up your stat. As you progress, though, you will want to use the different multipliers available from rebirths, superheroes, pets, and better training stations.

How to Train and Increase Strength in +1 Superhero Evolution

The easiest way to gain Strength is by punching the sandbag in the training area. Each successful punch gives you Strength, allowing you to gradually increase your power.

Early on, you should spend some time training here because you won’t have access to many of the game’s multipliers yet. Your first objective is simply to build enough Strength to defeat the enemies in the available stages.

There is no complicated strategy needed at the start. Keep punching the sandbag, increase your Strength, and work toward the requirements for your next upgrade.

Unlock Better Training Stations

As you progress through +1 Superhero Evolution, you will eventually gain access to better training stations.

Higher-tier training stations give you significantly more Strength per hit than the ones available early in the game. This makes a big difference once your Strength requirements start getting higher.

If your Strength gain starts to feel slow, check the training areas you have unlocked. Moving to a better station can be much more efficient than spending a long time at an early one.

Some of these better training options become available as you progress and complete more rebirths, so continuing to reset and improve your character is an important part of reaching the stronger training areas.

Rebirth for a Permanent Strength Multiplier

Rebirth is one of the most important systems for increasing your Strength progression.

When you rebirth, your current progress is reset, but you receive a permanent power multiplier. This means that although you have to build your Strength back up, you will gain it faster during your next run.

The basic progression loop looks like this:

  • Train at the sandbag.
  • Increase your Strength and level.
  • Reach the rebirth requirement.
  • Rebirth and receive your permanent multiplier.
  • Train again with the improved multiplier.
  • Repeat the process.

At first, resetting your progress can feel like a step backward. In practice, the permanent multiplier makes future runs faster and lets you reach the next rebirth sooner.

Unlock Stronger Superheroes

Your equipped superhero also affects how much Strength you gain.

As you progress through enemy stages and earn Wins, you can unlock stronger superheroes. Better heroes provide higher power multipliers per punch, allowing you to gain more Strength from the same training action.

For example, an early hero such as Spider-Man can help you get started, but the heroes you unlock later can provide considerably larger multipliers.

Because Wins are needed for superhero upgrades, keep progressing through stages and check which hero you can unlock next. If your Strength gains have started to slow down, a stronger superhero may give you the boost you need.

Equip Your Best Pets

Pets are another major source of Strength multipliers.

Even your early pets can improve your training speed, while higher-rarity pets can provide much larger bonuses later in the game. Whenever you obtain new pets, open the Pets menu and use Equip Best to automatically equip your strongest available pets.

Don’t stop after getting your first decent pets, either. Continue collecting and upgrading your pet setup as you progress because better multipliers can make a noticeable difference in how quickly your Strength increases.

Stack Your Strength Multipliers

You don’t have to rely on one system to increase Strength. The fastest progression comes from combining as many useful multipliers as possible.

The main ways to improve your Strength gain include:

  • Using better training stations
  • Rebirthing for permanent multipliers
  • Unlocking stronger superheroes
  • Equipping better pets
  • Increasing your pet multipliers
  • Progressing through stronger stages

These upgrades work together. For example, a stronger superhero can increase the Strength you receive from each punch, while your equipped pets add another multiplier to your gains.

This is why upgrading multiple parts of your character is generally better than simply spending more time at the same sandbag.

What to Do When Strength Gains Slow Down

You will eventually reach a point where gaining Strength starts taking longer. When that happens, don’t just keep punching the same training station for hours.

First, check if you can Rebirth. If you meet the requirement, the permanent multiplier can make your next progression cycle much faster.

After that, look at your superhero and pets. You may be close to unlocking a stronger hero or have better pets sitting in your inventory that aren’t equipped.

You should also check whether a higher-tier training station is available. Moving to a better station can greatly increase the amount of Strength you receive from every punch.

If you don’t have any of these upgrades available yet, continue training until you reach the next requirement.

Best Way to Increase Strength

The basic strategy is simple: train, upgrade your multipliers, and rebirth regularly.

Use the sandbag to build your initial Strength, then work toward better training stations, stronger superheroes, and better pets. Once you reach the rebirth requirement, reset your progress to gain the permanent multiplier and start another, faster progression cycle.

The biggest mistake is staying at an outdated training setup for too long. Whenever your Strength gains slow down, check your available upgrades before simply spending more time training.

With regular rebirths and a strong combination of superheroes, pets, and training stations, you will be able to build Strength much faster and push toward the later stages and worlds.
